We are grateful to have been a part of the local community for over 80 years!

• Cambridge Family Eyecare has its roots in what was once the office of Dr. R.H. Olenhausen established in 1929 in downtown Cambridge.
• In the early 1950’s Dr. R.H. Olenhausen’s son Karl began working in the same office and the name was eventually changed to Olenhausen Optometry in 1970.
• In 1974 Dr Tom Green was added to the office as Dr. R.H. Olenhausen transitioned to retirement.
• As 1995 came around Dr. Aaron S. Doudna joined the group as Dr. Karl Olenhausen began his retirement.
• With the year 1998 came the name change to what is currently Cambridge Family Eyecare, Inc.
• As Dr. Tom Green saw his retirement approaching, Dr. Nicholas M. Taflan II arrived in 2013 and Dr. Green celebrated his retirement in early 2014.
